Welcome to our Special Order Fabric Selections. These fabrics are offered to you as an alternative to our preselected custom fabrics. These fabrics are not included in the price of our living room and dining sets.

All special order fabrics are subject to availability and all prices are subject to change. They usually can be received from date of order anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks.

These selections are all upholstery weight fabrics. Below are the individual specifications and price per yard for each special order fabric. These are not in-house fabrics they are special order. Special Order Fabrics are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
